    When I ordered the item I left a message with the name to be on the key ring together with an uploaded photo of the dog. The item arrived with the photo but no name. As this was a gift for a friend I am disappointed. The key ring itself with the photo is beautiful. As the item was advertised with a name on it I think that the supplier should have contacted me and queried what name should have been on the item in case the message did not go through.
